De concessie Stadsvervoer Lelystad omvat zes stadslijnen binnen Lelystad, en wordt uitgevoerd door Connexxion.
In juni 2009 is besloten dat de concessie met 20 maanden wordt verlengd, van 1 januari 2010 naar 4 september 2011. Hierbij wordt wel de frequentie in daluren gehalveerd.[1] Deze concessie zal na afloop worden geïntegreerd in de concessie IJsselmond.
