De '''Gemakskaarten''' van Arriva zijn geldig als enkele reis op alle stadsbussen, streekbussen, Qliners en R-netbussen in Zuid-Holland Noord. Binnen de toegestane reistijd mag overgestapt worden, maar de totale reisduur mag de toegestane reistijd niet overschrijden.
De Gemakskaarten zijn niet geldig in de buurtbus, en de Keukenhoflijnen en in [[Lijn 800 Zoetermeer Centrum West - Leiden Centraal Station|nachtbus 800]]. Op [[Lijn 195 Rotterdam Metro Capelsebrug - Utrecht CS Jaarbeurszijde|lijn 195]] en [[Lijn 295 Rotterdam Metro Capelsebrug - Utrecht CS Jaarbeurszijde|lijn 295]] zijn de Gemakskaarten geldig wanneer Arriva de ritten uitvoert (niet geldig in bussen van Syntus Utrecht). Op [[Lijn 45 Den Haag Centraal Station - Leiden Centraal Station|lijn 45]] gelden de tarieven van Connexxion Haaglanden - de Gemakskaarten van Arriva zijn geldig op deze lijn, maar overstappen is niet toegestaan.
Het tarief en de toegestane reistijd van de Gemakskaart is afhankelijk van het aantal zones waarin gereisd wordt.
