De dienstregeling 2011 voor [[Concessie Oost-Brabant|Oost-Brabant]] was geldig van 8 januari 2012 t/m [[Concessie Oost-Brabant 2012|9 december 2012]] en werd gereden door [[Arriva]]. Het gebied omvatte het noordoosten van de provincie Noord-Brabant en grensde aan de concessies [[Concessie Samenwerkingsverband Regio Eindhoven|SRE]], [[Concessie Arnhem Nijmegen|Arnhem-Nijmegen]], [[Concessie Noord- en Midden-Limburg|Noord- en Midden-Limburg]] en [[Concessie Meierij|Meierij]] met een stadsdienst in Oss. Twee lijnen werden door Hermes uit het SRE gereden. Samen met Novio werd de lijn naar Nijmegen geëxploiteerd.

==Wijzigingen per 8 januari 2012 per lijn==
*[[Lijn 23 Boxmeer Station - Helmond Station|Lijn 23: Boxmeer - Helmond]]: de verantwoordelijkheid van deze lijn kwam geheel bij het SRE te liggen. Voor de reiziger veranderde niets, Hermes voerde al de gehele dienstregeling uit.
*[[Lijn 25 Veghel Busstation - Helmond Station|Lijn 25: Veghel - Helmond]]: de verantwoordelijkheid voor deze lijn kwam geheel bij de provincie Noord-Brabant te liggen. Hierdoor ging Arriva ook in de weekenden op deze lijn rijden. Hierdoor werden deze ritten vanuit Boekel weer verlengd naar Veghel waardoor er na 8 jaar in het weekend weer een verbinding tussen Helmond en Veghel kwam. In Veghel was in de weekenden geen koppeling met lijn 158 maar werd wel een overstap geboden.
*[[Lijn 90 Grave Busstation - 's-Hertogenbosch Station|Lijn 90: Grave - 's-Hertogenbosch]]: de route in Heesch werd gewijzigd vanwege een minder geschikte infrastructuur op de route. Hierdoor werd de route in Heesch verkort. De haltes Carmelcollege, Verdilaan en Mozartlaan vervielen. De halte "Kruisstraat, Autotron" werd gewijzigd in "Rijkswegs-Zuid" en de halte "Kruisstraat, Vliertwijksestraat" werd gewijzigd in "Autotron".
