Dour was een station aan de spoorlijn Mons - Cuesmes - Quiévrain (lijn 98). Ook was het station het beginpunt van de spoorlijn Dour - Bavay (lijn 98A). Het station werd in het jaar 1961 gesloten voor het reizigersvervoer. Het voormalige stationsgebouw staat nog steeds aan de Chemin du Thulin.
